Kayaking Eco-Tours

We offer small, personalized sea Kayak Tours that are perfect for beginners and families. Sea Kayaking is fun, safe and easy! We provide all the instruction and equipment necessary for both kayaking and snorkeling. The three hour long tours are led at a relaxing, leisurely pace, while your guide provides expert narration on Hawaii's ecology and natural history. Interact with endangered Hawaiian Green Sea turtles, the many other inhabitants of the coral reefs, and, in season, observe whales and dolphins on their own terms. Kayaking is a low-impact and environmentally friendly activity. You will glide through the water under your own power, with the colorful reef below, as you encounter marine life in an unobtrusive manner. Both single and double kayaks are available. If you plan to snorkel during your vacation on Maui, this is the way to go!

Tours Offered - All tours $69.00 per person

All tours include: snorkel gear, fish ID Cards, drinks and snacks, as well as all kayak safety equipment... but most of all... FUN!
(All tours are offered in the morning due to calmer water conditions)

Kaanapali Tour

Paddle from Hyatt Regency on Kaanapali Beach along the coastline to our snorkel destination at Pu’unoa Point, also known as Black Rock. Observe beautiful underwater gardens with large colonies of assorted tropical fish and other sea creatures. Look for the Hawaii State Fish, the famous humuhumu-nukunuku-a-pua’a. Recommended for beginners, this tour will leave you awed by the beauty of Maui’s ocean reefs.

Wailea Tour

Paddle from the Grand Wailea Beach Hotel along the magnificent coast of South Maui, to Turtle Cove, home of hundreds of endangered Green Sea turtles. Discover the breathtaking coral reef life with our guide adding insight into Maui’s hidden world beneath the sea. When done snorkeling, you will paddle further south where the kayaks are beached and Maui Ocean Activities van takes you back to the Grand Wailea Beach Hotel.
